After more than 20 years of experience as a Human Resources Director and General Manager, mainly in the IT sector, I am now a certified coach, consultant and trainer in management, communication and resources.
Former high level athlete (and member of the national figure skating federation), I have been a coach since 2008. Breaking the ice for more harmonious relationships, sliding over obstacles rather than around them, making and inspiring confidence in partners to win the medals of success are my leitmotiv.
